Stop feeling stuck in therapy.
Start moving through it—in days, not months.

Intensive Brainspotting sessions for individuals, couples, and therapists ready for deeper change than weekly therapy can provide.

Does this sound familiar?

  • You’ve been in therapy but still feel stuck
  • You understand your patterns, but your body still reacts the same way
  • You feel emotionally exhausted from repeating the same cycles
  • You’re looking for focused, accelerated work—not endless processing
  • (Therapists) You support others deeply but rarely have space to go deep yourself

Why weekly therapy sometimes isn’t enough.

Weekly therapy is powerful—but it has structural limits.

In 50-minute sessions, we often spend time:

  • catching up
  • stabilizing
  • transitioning out just as deeper material opens

For trauma, nervous system patterns, or long-standing relational cycles, this can create:

  • awareness without resolution
  • insight without lasting change

You’re not doing anything wrong.
The format simply has limits.

WHAT MAKES AN INTENSIVE DIFFERENT

An intensive creates uninterrupted time for deeper processing.

Instead of starting and stopping each week, we:

  • stay with the work long enough for your system to engage
  • allow emotional and somatic material to fully process
  • work at a depth that weekly sessions often can’t reach

This is especially effective for Brainspotting work, where continuity and depth matter.

Is This Intensive Right for You?

This work may be a good fit if you are:

  • Ready to focus deeply on one or two core patterns
  • Feeling stuck in cycles that insight alone hasn’t changed
  • Able to engage in emotional work with structure and support
  • Looking for focused, time-contained therapeutic work

This may NOT be the right fit if you are:

  • In acute crisis or needing stabilization support
  • Looking for long-term weekly therapy structure
  • Not currently able to engage in emotional processing

What an Intensive Feels Like

This is structured, focused therapeutic work designed to slow things down—not speed them up.

You will not be rushed, and you will not be left alone in emotional intensity.

We work with pacing, breaks, and nervous system regulation throughout the process.

This process is designed to support clarity, safety, and depth within a contained timeframe.

Your Intensive Options

Intensives are not billed as hourly sessions—they are structured therapeutic containers designed for depth, focus, and meaningful change in a condensed timeframe.

Rather than spreading work across months of weekly therapy, this is a focused, guided experience that allows us to stay with the work long enough for real processing and integration to occur.

FAQ

You don’t have to keep holding it all on your own.

What you’re carrying deserves attention, care, and space—not more pressure to manage it alone.

There is a way to move through this with clarity, structure, and support.

We begin with one intentional step.

Toward steadiness.
Toward clarity.
